-Yogurt, plain--1 c. Your choice as to the brand, just make sure it's real.-Cocoa powder, 1/2 c. -Honey, a little less than 3 tbs-Flaxseed meal, 1/2 c.-Raisins, or some other dried fruitiness. (about 1/4 c)
Please don't cook. You'll kill the cultures in your yogurt!
