Vegetable nd Salmon medley

-10 cups of Spinach leaves-4 cups of mushroom halves-6 cups of sliced zuchini-2 3oz salmon trout-4 cups of sliced red bell pepper-1 cup of chopped onion-2 cups of big slices of tomatoe-1/2 cup of cilantro -1 cup of fresh squeazed lemon juice
-sprinkle cubes of salmon trout in lemon pepper
-put cubes in lemon juice and vinigar let marinate for 10 mins
- combine mushrooms,zuchini,bell pepper,onions,and tomatoe in tentfoil pan
-sprinkle vegetables pepper&slat
-preheat oven 250
- put marinated salmon (with juice marinated in) on top of the vegetables
-put in the oven for 20 mins
-set up plate lay fresh spinach leaves on the plate and put a serving of the medley on top
-sprinkle with fresh cilantro leaves
-enjoy!
