Egg, fresh, 6 largeMilk, 2%, .5 cup(Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shreddedPie crust, refrgerated, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesOnions, raw, .5 medium
Pre-heat oven to 350. Brown mushrooms add onions continue to cook until onions are translucent(using cooking spray or small amount of vegtable oil.) Place pie crust in pan. Press gently into the pan. Use some of the egg whites from eggs to brush entire crust with egg white. Press 1/2 shredded cheese into the crust. Put mushrooms/onion mix into the crust. Spread remaining cheese over top of the mushrooms. Beat eggs and milk together. Season to taste. Pour egg mixture over filling making sure it covers all the filling. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until top is lightly browned and puffy.
