Baked Cajun Haddock

Ingredients
3 Haddock Fillets (1 fillet per person)1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped sweet red pepper5 Tbsp calorie wise italian salad dressingCajun spice as per your taste
Directions
Slice Haddock fillets into 2 inch pieces, place in a single layer on bottom of a casserole dish. Spread chopped onion and chopped red pepper. Sprinkle cajun spice as per your taste. (I like it real spicy) Drizzle zesty italian salad dressing on top. Cover either with casserole lid or foil.
Bake covered @ 425 for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an extra 15 minutes.
