3-hour Crock Pot Apple Sauce

6 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped2 tbsp light brown sugar1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 1/4 cups water
Put prepped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and water into crock pot, stir together.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours, stirring if necessary to prevent hard sugar build-up on the pot walls.
When finished cooking, stir and allow to cool. Mash to preferred consistency with the back of a fork or a potato masher. Serve cold. Store in refrigerator for up to three days.
