Teriyaki Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Ingredients
Marinade- 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil- 1/4 c pineapple juice- 1/2 c Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade (you could also try low sodium soy sauce if you are watching your sodium intake).- 2 tbsp brown sugar- 1/8 tsp garlic powder-1.25 lbs boneless pork loin (center cut chops)-1/2 medium onion, chopped
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients and put in a large ziplock bag. Add chopped onion and pork chops. Let marinade for several hours. Discard excess marinade and grill pork chops until cooked through. I like putting the onions on the grill in a tin foil boat and serve them over the pork chops.

Serving Size: Makes 4, 5 oz pork chops. 1 cup marinade discarded.
