Ingredients
Strawberries, fresh, 4 pint as purchased, yields Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cupWater to cover
Directions
Rinse and snip tops and blemishes then slice into desired size pieces and place in medium sized bowl with tight fitting cover. Sprinkle with sugar and add enough water to cover completely. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.
