Ranger Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter or shortening1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. packed brown sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1 egg1 tsp vanilla1 1/4 c. flour1 c. quick cooking oats1 c. coconut1 c. dried cranberries (or raisins, choc chips, etc.)
Directions
Beat butter 30 seconds. Add sugars, baking powder & soda. Beat until combined. Beat in egg & vanilla, then flour. Stir in oats, coconut, & dried cranberries.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes 30
