Green Bean "Fries"

Ingredients
4c Green beans, frozen or fresh2T Olive OilWater
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with sides with Pam.

Fill a large bowl halfway with water. Add 2T Olive Oil. Drop in green beans and mix to make sure they are evenly coated. Use slotted spoon to remove green beans from bowl to prepared pan.

Bake for 30-45 minutes to desired 'crispness'.

Sprinkle with freshly ground sea salt and enjoy!

    This is really good. I used fresh French green beans (harcourt vert). My only suggestion is to keep an eye on them and maybe stir them around on the baking sheet once or twice during baking so that they cook evenly. I'll make these again. - 8/22/18
