Ingredients
1.5 bananas (mashed)2 TBSP sanitarium natural smooth PB2 extra large eggs1/3 C Nativia sweetner1/3C baking equal1/2C so good almond milk1C polenta2/3C besan (chick pea flour)2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla essence1 tbsp ground cinnamon30 almonds ( 1 almond per muffin to decorate)butter to grease tin
Directions
mix wet ingredients first
mix dry ingredients
place into mini muffin tin greased
bake for 12-13 mins at 180 degrees C
