Seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice2 oz Chicken (Purdue, Kirkland - Costco's brand, etc.) 1 Damascus Bakeries Plain Roll Up Roasted Red PeppersKraft Singles American Cheese, 1.5 slicesabout 10 leaves of ArugulaOptional:Hummus (Sabra Branded)Tabasco or Generic Hot SauceFor added flavor, add 1 oz of Sabra Hummus and/or a few drops of Tabasco Sauce (or any hot sauce)Most of my ingredients come from Costco where I buy in bulk, I'm not sure if these products are available at other grocers, check your local suppliers. Arugula & Red Roasted Peppers i found at my local farmer's market.
1) Thaw your chicken (if frozen) which for me involved taking it out of the freezer & putting it in the refrigerator overnight about 12 hours on the previous day
2) Season your thawed (or still frozen chicken - if your lazy or forget to thaw it overnight) chicken with some salt, pepper, garlic and a dash of lemon juice (freshly squeezed - if available).
3) Next, cook your chicken. Cooking times will depend on whether or not you have thawed or frozen chicken. Using a Forman Grill, thawed chicken takes about 5 min. while still frozen chicken takes about 7-10 min.
4) After the chicken is cooked, open the Damascus Bakeries Roll Up & insert your chicken, add 1 to 1.5 slice(s) of Kraft American Cheese Single(s), add the Arugula, Roasted Red Peppers, and close the wrap enclosing your ingredients inside.
5) Place the completed wrap on the Forman Grill (or other grill) for 30 seconds to about a minute to melt the cheese.
6) Carefully take out your HOT wrap & put it into your favorite dish.
7) Flavor w/ Sabra Hummus or Tabasco Sauce (or any hot sauce) if you want some extra flavor, if not, skip Step #7!
ENJOY your sandwich with a white peach, some cherries, pineapple & your favorite refreshment!=)
