Chocolate Chip Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup bran flakes1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips1/2 cup SunSweet Antioxidant Blend Dried Fruit3 Tbsp flax seeds2 egg whites1 tsp vanilla extract1/8 cup canola oil1/8 cup pumpkin puree1 cup 1% milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients, chocolate chips and raisins. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and spoon into a muffin tin. Use muffin/cup cake liners to save oil and clean up.

Bake approximately 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 "regular" sized muffins
