Crockpot 4 Bean Stew

1 lb of stew beef in cubes1 large white onion (Sliced)2 cups of dry mixed beans1 large turnip (cut into quarters)4 carrots (Cut into inch pieces)1 box of low salt Swanson beef broth1 tbsp ground coriander1 tbsp dried rosemary1 tbsp cumin powder1 tbsp celery seed1 tbsp fennel seed1 tbsp of Malt vinegar1 tsp of salt
Put it all into the crock pot. Cook on high for about an hour, then on low-med for 5-6 hours or until ready to eat.
