1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup bran flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup oat flour1/2 cup rye flour1 tsp baking soda1 tbsp protein powder1 tbsp flax1 tsp salt1 3/4 cup splenda1 cup oats1 tbsp vanilla extract2 large eggs3/4 cup buttermilk1/4 milk 1%1/2 butter1 1/2 cup ripe bananas 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin1/2 cup nuts1/2 cup dried blueberries
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add eggs, buttermilk, milk, pumpkin, banana, vanilla and butter to dry mixture. Mix well. Oil extra large muffin pan, add mixture. Fill each muffin cup to the top. bake until golden brown approx. 35 minutes.
