Moroccan Chicken and Couscous

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless1 cup sliced zucchini1 cup sliced green pepper1 small can sliced ripe olives1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp cumin1 tbsp grated lemon peel2 cups cooked couscous
Directions
Brown chicken in olive oil. Add veggies and seasonings. Cover and cook on medium 15 minutes, or chicken is cooked through. Stir 2 cups cooked couscous into the broth made by the chicken and veggies. Serve hot.
