Balancing Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients
1 large ripe tomato1 cup frozen green beans thawed1 cucumber2 small stalks celery1/2 pepper (yellow, red or green, mild or medium hot - to your taste)1/2 avocado1/4 cup onion1/2 cup parsley1 tsp salt1 tsp olive oil1 tsp ground flax seed1/2 to 1 clove minced garlicblack pepper to tasteadditional herbs to taste up to 1 cup water (to achieve desired consistency
Directions
Put everything in your blender or food processor. Suggest that you start with chopping into large chunks. (Mince the Garlic)

You can add upto a cup of water depending on the consistency you desire. (I also used a combination of green, red and medium hot peppers for more of a kick).
