Rainbow Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup rice or white wine vinegar1 TBSP lemon juice1 TBSP splenda or steviaMann's 12 oz rainbow slaw or broccoli slaw1 apple chopped1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Directions
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl add the rainbow slaw, chopped apple, and walnuts. Pour dressing over slaw and mix. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
