Microwave Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
1/3 cup whole wheat elbow macaroni1/2 cup fat free milk1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a large microwave-safe bowl, cook the macaroni and milk in the microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Continue cooking at 30 second intervals until the pasta is cooked to your liking. Stir in the cheese and microwave for another 30 seconds, until the cheese is completely melted and stirred in.
