Meal in a Frypan

Ingredients
3/4 cup Morning Moo's Textured Vegetable Protein Beef1-1/2 cups water2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided3 Tbsp. onions chopped3 Tbsp. celery, chopped2 1-lb. cans pork and beans1 14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes1/4 tsp. pepper1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions
Mix "beef" with water and bring to a simmer. Cook until water is absorbed approximately 20 minutes.

In the meantime, spray a non-stick pan with pan spray. Add 1 tsp. olive oil to pan and cook onions and celery until tender. Add beans, tomatoes, mustard, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

When the beef is ready mix in the olive oil, and add to the bean mixture.
