Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups Hodgson Mill Multi Purpose Gluten Free Baking Mix1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt1 cup Crisco (butter flavor)3/4 cup Granulated Sugar3/4 cup Brown Sugar2 eggs 2 cups Toll House chocolate chips
Directions
Combine Hodgson Mill Multi Purpose Gluten Free Baking Mix, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat Crisco, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer until creamed. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Once combined fold in the chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
