S'mores Inspired Granola Bars (no bake)

Ingredients
1/4 C Butter1/4 C Brown Sugar1/4 C Honey1/2 tsp Vanilla2 C Quick Oats1 C Crispy Rice Cereal1/4 C Mini Marshmallows1/4 C Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix oats, rice cereal, marshmallows and chocolate chips together in a bowl. Set aside.

Melt together on the stove the butter, brown sugar and honey. Let come to a boil for a few minutes. Add vanilla and immediately pour over dry mixture.

Mix well. Spray a 9X9 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in mixture and pat down. Put in fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Can store in the fridge or keep on counter.

Serving size is based on smaller portions, approximately 2x2 inch bars. But with this recipe that's all you need for a tasty and filling snack!
