Mel's Mediterranean Farro

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 425 grams(remove)*Farro, 1 cup(remove)Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil, 100 gram(s)(remove)Giada's Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, 3 tbsp(remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)
Directions
Cook farro according to directions. Cut artichokes and place in pan to saute with some of the marinated juice. Add pinches each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano and red pepper flakes.Rinse and drain chickpeas, then remove skin. Add chickpeas to artichokes and continue sauteeing. When farro is done, drain and add to pan with art/chpeas. Mix all together and add 3 tbsp of the pesto. Combine all ingredients, add olive oil. Enjoy!
