cabbage stir fry

Ingredients
3 Stalks celery1/2 onion chopped2C finely chopped cabbage2T butter1/2 c. stock (beef or chicken)1.5T soy sauce
Directions
saute onion in 2T butter until browned and caramelized, set aside, add cabbage and celery to hot pan, cook until cabbage and celery are aldente. add stock and soy sauce and cover for 2 minutes. Remove lid and allow liquids to evaporate and condense. add onion, and serve.
