Ingredients
200 grams (@4 large stalks) Broccoli, cut into julienne strips or grated200 grams white Cabbage, finely shredded140 grams (1 medium) Carrot, grated2 slices Pineapple canned, chopped with 2 tblspn of juice1 small stalk Celery, finely sliced1 Garlic clove, minced1 medium Scallion (Spring Onion) chopped1/2 small Red Bell Pepper, cut into julienne strips or chopped2 Tblspn Fat Free French Dressing
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and chill for at least 30 minutes.
