Green Eggs... Salad! - Mayo Free!

- 10 Hard Boiled Eggs- 1 Avocado, peeled & seed removed- 1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard- 2 tsp Garlic Powder- 1 tsp Paprika
1. Cut up the avocado into quarters, then cut them into smaller slices. Mash the avocado using either a masher or a fork.
2. Mix in the mustard, garlic powder and paprika until well blended. Use beaters or a mixer if you prefer a smooth consistency
3. Use an egg slicer to cut the hard boiled eggs into little squares or slices (whatever you prefer) and add to the avocado mixture.
4. Mix everything together and enjoy!
