Rachel's Homemade Beef Burgers

Ingredients
400g Lean/Extra Lean Ground Beef100g Breadcrumbs1 large Egg1 Large Onion, finely choppedSeasoning
Directions
Mix the beef, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, seasonings and egg together in a large bowl and knead together.
Take handfuls of the mixture and palm into a burger shape.
Cook on the barbecue for roughly 15 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
