Cheese Cake - Gluten Free - Low fat - Low Cal

Ingredients
Ricotta Cheese, Fat Free, Stop & Shop, 3.5 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields Raisins, .25 cup, packed Lemon Zest (Shredded Lemon Peel), 1 tsp Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), .5 serving sugar In The Raw Natural Cane sugar, 10 tbsp Spices - Cinnamon, Ground, .25 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all ingredients (except raisins)in whatever machine you use ( I use a Shark), until silky. Add raisins, and stir. Pour in to pan sprayed with cooking spay and dusted with almond meal.
