Flaxseed "Bread" (Individual Portion)

Ingredients
1/4 cup flaxseed meal1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon Splenda1 egg2 teaspoons half and half1 1/2 teaspoons oil or butter
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing well to ensure egg is incorporated. Pour mixture into a greased coffee mug or other small container with high sides.

Let stand in microwave for 3 minutes. Then cook on high for 1 minute 20 seconds.

Let cool then slice half to create 2 sliced of "bread". This can be used as is or toasted.
