Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Jalapeno Peppers, .10 pepper *Flour, white, .25 cup *Orowheat Healthful Bread, 1 serving Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium *Beans - Kroger Black Beans, 1.75 cupFrajita seasoning, season to taste
Make crumbs out of the slice of bread and finely chop the mushrooms, peppers, and onion. Add all ingredients and blend with fingers. Form 4 equal sized patties.
Spray cooking spray into pan and on top of burgers. Cook on medium high until sort of crispy. Serve with bun and topping of your choice. Calorie count is just on the burger not the bun and toppings.
