Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
3.5 oz boneless skinless chicken breast.5c classico spaghetti sauce, four cheese.25c panko bread crumbs1T Flour1 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
Dip chicken in water wash, followed by flour. Then press firmly into panko crumbs on both sides and remove to baking dish.

Cover with Spaghetti sauce and cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 min until chicken is 165 internal temp.

Serve with side of Spaghetti Squash and more sauce if desired.
