Taco Chipotle Soup

Ingredients
canola oil, garlic, shallots, chicken, canned tomatoes, black beans, red kidney beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, canned chipotle chilies in adobe sauce, chicken broth
Directions
Cook garlic, shallots and chicken in canola oil. Combine chicken mixture with remaining ingredients and place in slow cooker. Heat for three or more hours.
