1/8 tsp. Ground Cinnamon1/4 tsp. Ground Cardamon1/4 tsp. Ground Clove1/2 tsp. Ground Vanilla bean1/4 tsp. Ground All Spice1/8 tsp. Ground Nutmeg1/8 tsp. Ground Ginger1/8 tsp. Ground White Pepper4 tsp. loose black tea (preferably 100% Assam)2 cups water1/2 cup Half and Half (or more to taste)3 tsp. sugar in the raw (liquid works best)
Bring the water to a boil and add spices.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and add the tea.
Steep for 3 minutes.
Add the sugar so that it dissolves into the tea.
Strain the tea in to individual glasses or in to a pitcher.
Distribute the half and half equally among the glasses and enjoy.
