Blueberry, Bran and date muffins

Ingredients
Eggland's Best Large Egg, 1Apple Sauce, unsweetened, .25 CupSplenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 tspJiffy Bran w/ Dates muffin, mix only, two boxes Organic Flax Seed Powder, 1 tbspUnsweetened Vanilla Almond milk, 5 ozBlueberries, fresh, 1 cupVanilla Extract, .5 tspAlmond Extract, .5 tsp
Directions
Beat egg and apple sauce in a large glass bowl, once beaten add the Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, then beat for about a minute. Add the Jiffy Bran with Dates Muffin Mix and blend the mixture together for about a minute. Add the organic Flax seed powder, the milk and both extracts, mix until everything is moist for about one and a half minutes. Lastly add the blueberries and fold them in. Place muffin baking cups inside a muffin pan, then fill the cups half way. Bake at 400 degrees for 16 minutes in a regular oven, or 375 for 15 minutes in a convection oven.
