Easy vegan tomato soup

Ingredients
Crushed tomatoes, white onion, garlic, coconut oil, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, Italian spices.
Directions
Heat the coconut oil in a pot, add the diced onions and garlic, sautee for ~5 minutes! (Add some extra water if it starts to stick.)
Add the crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth and spice with salt, pepper, Italian spices and what ever other spices you like. Let it all simmer for ~15 minutes.

Puree it all with a stick blender, add ~ 1-2 Tbsp coconut milk (or if even wanting lower fat, use soy milk instead), voila! :)
