Slow Cooker Sausage Kale Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbspItalian Sausage, pork, 3 link, 5/lbOnions, raw, 1 largeGarlic, 1 cloveBeans, white, 2 cupChicken Broth, 64 fl ozKale, 8 cup, choppedOld Bay Seasoning, 1 tbspSalt & Pepper
Directions
In sauce pan, heat 2 tbls olive oil, add onion (chopped) and garlic (minced). Sautee for approx 3 minutes. Dice 3 red potatoes, add to pan, cook approx 3 minutes. Remove to crockpot. In same pan, cook sliced sausage about 5 minutes, add to crockpot. Add beans. Cover with 2 quarts chicken broth, and add old bay seasoning, salt & pepper to taste. Cook on low in crock pot for 6 hours, add kale the last hour of cooking.
