Seafood Fajitas

Ingredients
1/2 T canola or olive oil1 onion, medium, sliced1/2 C mixed bell peppers2 cloves farlic, chopped8 oz shrimp or seafood mix, defrostedcayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, or tabasco to taste1/2 t. cuminsalt and pepper
Directions
Heat the oil in a large saute pan or wok over high heat. Add the onion slices, bell pepper pieces and chopped garlic. Cook 5-7 minutes until the vegetables begin to brown. Mix in the shrimp and spices. Cook for 3 more minutes. (until shrimp are pink and firm--if using raw) Enjoy
