250g. green lentils1 medium onion, chopped2.5T. margarine2t. curry powder, or to taste3 chicken bullion cubes2.5 cups water
1. Soak lentils in enough water to cover for 90 minutes.
2. Drain, mix in pan with onion, margarine, curry powder, bullion cubes and water.
3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until mixture is thickened.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
