Ingredients
*mung bean, 1 cup (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)*Peppers, hot chile, green, raw, 1 pepper, 25 gram(s) (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*Tumeric, 0.5 tsp (remove)Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Boil moong in pressure cooker for 15 minutes or three whistles. when cooker cools open add yogurt and spices and 1 cup water let is boil.
Heat oil in small pan add cumin seeds asofoitada and add it to dal.
