Spicy meat loaf balls (lunch)

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove)*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving (remove)1/3 c. dried onionscap full of red pepper flakessalt and pepperSalsa, .6 cup (remove)
Directions
Combine everything. Divide mixture into 12 balls. Place a cooking grate on top of baking sheet to allow drippings to fall through. Place balls on grate. I like to add a bit of ketchup or salsa to the top of each one. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
