Crockpot Burritos

Directions
2lb chuck roast1 package taco seasoning1 can diced tomatoes1 can green chilies1 small onion, chopped1 small bell pepper, chopped8 La Tortilla Low Carb Tortillas
1. Place first 6 ingredients in the crock pot.
2. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
3. Remove the roast from the crock pot & shred using 2 forks.
4. Put the shredded roast in a serving bowl and add enough of the remaining crock pot sauce to moisten.
Serve w/ fat free sour cream, low/no fat cheese, salsa (none of these are included in the calculator). Makes 8 servings of 1 tortilla each.
