Peppered Bison in Marinade

Ingredients
1/4 C Canola Oil3 T Soy Sauce2 T White Vinegar1 T McCormick Grillmates Steak Seasoning1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Mrs Dash Original1 lb Bison Top Sirloin or Rib-eye Steak
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a self-closing plastic bag or shallow glass dish. Add steak and marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Remove steak and discard marinade. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
