English Muffin Bread

Ingredients
2 3/4 cup warm water1 1/2 pkg of quick rise yeast1 tbsp salt1 1/2 tbsp sugar5 1/2 cup flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients in mixer and mix until just incorporated. Spoon into 2 14 1/2 x 8 1/2 loaf pans that have been greased. Let stand so that dough rises to level of pan (@ 1.5 hours). Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 35 minutes. Take out and brush melted butter on top of bread and put back in oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves about 10 slices per loaf
