Cheesy Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
4 cups Cauliflower2 TBSP Light Butter1/4 nonfat milk1/2 cup 2% shredded cheese (cheddar)
Directions
Steam or boil cauliflower until very soft.

Place cauliflower in a bowl, add butter and milk, beat with hand mixer until smooth. Fold in cheese.

Salt & pepper to taste.
