Ingredients
4 tbsp Shape Mayonnaise 3 cup Cauliflower, raw 4 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain 3 cup Broccoli Florets raw100 gram(s) Onion, fresh (medium) 0.25 cup Parmesean Cheese Bacon can be served on side for non-Shape peeps
Directions
Clean veggies and dry. Cut florets and put into medium sized bowl. Slice onion and add to bowl. In a separate bowl, combine mayo and Greek yogurt with Parmesan cheese. Stir into veggies until veggies are coated.
