Ingredients
1/2 lbs (~225g) silken tofu2Tbsp /6tsp unsifted powdered sugar3Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powdersplash of vanilladash of cinnamon
Directions
Stir together all ingredients. Then blend until smooth with a whisk or, better, the whisk attachment to a hand mixer.

Dish into three custard cups, top with a raspberry, blueberry, or similar, and refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.
