Lentilburger's thick chicken and lentil soup

Ingredients
Lentils, 200 grams Onion, one medium, chopped Chicken stock, about 2 cups Chicken meat picked off the bones - equivalent of about one chicken breast, chopped (already cooked) Pimentos, 1 tbsp, chopped - mild or strong depending on your taste Sun Dried Tomatoes, 2 pieces, chopped Olive Oil from the sun dried tomatoes c. 3 tspYou may need to add more water or stock.
Directions
Boil all ingredients for about half an hour.
You could blend it if you like smooth soup, but I like it chunky.
Don't let it boil dry! Add more water or stock if necessary.
