Ingredients
20 oz. Cibatta bread, cut into 1" cubes5 large eggs1/2 cup nonfat milk1 teaspoon vanilla1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
Cut bread into cubes

In a large bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Add bread cubes to egg mixture and stir gently until bread is coated.

Fry in a nonstick skillet or use a calorie-free cooking spray.

Serving Size: makes six 1-cup servings
