Spanish Rice

Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown rice2 cans diced tomatoes2 stalks celery1 onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped green pepper3 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp ground cumin1 tbsp chili powder3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in large saute pan. Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Cook til vegs are tender. Add tomatoes and cooked rice. Season with cumin and chili powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
