2/3 cup fiber one cereal2 tablespoons wheat bran, unprocessed2 tablespoons milled flax seed3 tablespoons unsweetend cocoa3 packets splenda2 teaspoons cinnamon5 jumbo egg whitescannola oil spray

then fold in blueberries. Spray nonstick griddle or large non-stick fry pan with cannola oil spray for 1 second and when hot pour in batter. Turn down to medium and fry until bubbles appear. Flip over, turn off the burner and wait leave in pan 2 minutes. 2 servings 167 calories each
