zucchini carrot potato mash

Ingredients
1 small carrot1 small zucchini1 small potato1 tsp creole seasonings3-4 tablespoons grapeseed oil for frying. Add more if needed.black pepper for finishing
Directions
Run all 3 ingredients through your food processor's grate feature, then rinse and dry. If no food processor, grate standard. Then mix with creole seasonings.
I fry this up on medium heat for about 15 minutes, flipping every 5 or so minutes. Blot on papertowel (it will amaze you) and serve!
